Job Responsibility
  • Confer with customers to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Enhance and improve current process.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients

Job Requirements
  • Immediately intake only !!!
  • Minimum Spm / Diploma or higher.
  • Age 21 - 35 yeard old only
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Presentable outlook and personality.
  • Able to work indoor and outdoor.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
  • Team work / good confident level.
